Location of Conference
The conference will take place at the 4* Castletroy Park Hotel and Suites.
The hotel is located just off the M7 motorway. Take junction 28 for Limerick East/Cstletroy and follow signage for University of Limerick. The hotel is located just across the road from the UL Flagpoles entrance.

The Conference will begin at 10:30 on Saturday 14th, ending at 18:00
Sunday 15th schedule is from 9:30 to 17:00
Accommodation
Accommodation is available at the hotel with the following rates for delegates:
One night in a Single Room: €115
One night in a Double Room: €125
Accommodation is not included in your booking fee/registration for the conference.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN HOTEL RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL or with another accommodation option of your choice.
There are plenty of B&B's and other quality accommodation options in the Limerick area. Please check relevant websites for details.
Parking
Free parking is available at the hotel.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation will incur an admin fee of 25 euros. Full refund minus the admin fee is available for cancellations that are requested before the end of June. After that date, a cancellation is non-refundable. It is however possible for you to transfer your purchased conference registration ticket to another person.
Food and Refreshments
Lunch will be provided to delegates for both days of the conference at the hotel restaurant McLaughlin's.
Tea, coffee, water and biscuits will be available at intervals throughout the conference.
You will have an opportunity to inform us of any dietary requirements you have on Eventbrite when you register for the conference.

Will any of the conference be streamed online?
The lecture by Margherita Spagnuolo Lobb and dialogue with Rich Hycner is happening online, but live at the conference via Zoom. If you wish to attend this Zoon event (approximately 90 minutes duration), please register below. If you are not attending the conference in person, but wish to attend the online event, the fee for attending is 10 euros. The online event is included in the fee for those attending in person.
Will I get a CPD Certificate?
CPD Certificates recognising 14 hours of CPD will be available for collection at the end of the conference.
23/10/23 UPDATE:
Preparation of CPD certs for attendees is underway. They will be issued in the next three weeks.
Who is this Conference for?
This conference is suitable for Counsellors and Psychotherapists, Supervisors and Students of psychotherapy who are interested in Gestalt Therapy.

Where do the funds raised by the conference fees go?
The conference is organised by a team on a voluntary and unpaid basis. We have made every effort to make this an affordable and accessible conference. The fees go towards the costs of room rental, lunch and refreshments, speaker fees and travel costs and audio visual expenses. Should any profits arise from this conference, remaining funds will go towards providing a scholarship fund for Gestalt Trainees in Ireland.
