Registration Fees
Early Bird Registration available up to end of June 2023.
The conference fee includes lunch on both days and tea/coffee/refreshments throughout the day.
We have a limited number of reduced cost student tickets available as shown below.
If you wish to stay at the Castletroy Hotel, please make your reservation directly with the hotel. The Register link below is for the conference fee only. If you are attending the conference, and pay a conference fee, you do not need to purchase a separate ticket for the online event, as this is included.

Cancellations and Refunds
Full refund minus an admin fee of €25 is available for cancellations that are requested before the end of June.
From 1st July, cancellation is non-refundable. It is however possible for you to transfer your purchased conference registration ticket to another person.
Fee transparency
The booking fee for Eventbrite is included in your total fee.
